Kawhi Leonard scores career-high 43 in Milwaukee v. Bucks.

Kawhi was unstoppable versus the Bucks tonight.
Kawhi Leonard is clearly establishing himself as the superstar of the Spurs, separating his play from the remarkable showings of his teammates so far this season. He finished with 43 points, a career high, besting Giannis Antetokounmpo (21 points, 7 rebounds, 10 assists) and saddening the Milwaukee crowd.

Leonard even made a 3PTer at the halftime buzzer, scoring 30 points already by that point. Coach Pop pulled him out to begin the final period, or he may have gone for 70 similar to Devin Booker last season versus the Celtics. Kawhi shot 16-25 from the floor, and made 3-7 from deep.

Patty Mills also had a nice game with 9 assists to accompany 26 points, and Thaddeus Young's 3PT shot has significantly improved, getting the start at SF (13 points) so Kawhi could focus on the "Greek Freak."

Kawhi's relentless spectacle gave the Spurs a twenty-point lead to close things out before a late Bucks run, 137-132 in a high-scoring affair. The Bucks showed promise with Khris Middleton scoring 23 points, last year's ROY Malcolm Brogdon scoring 18 points with 9 assists, and Thon Maker's 17 points.
